Ordering

After you have placed an order with us, we will send you an email notification to confirm your order has been received and is being processed. The email will contain all the information on your shopping cart, as well as an order number for reference. Once processed, we will send you an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. This email will also contain your order receipt. You can of course email us at: sales@magneticwild.ie  to enquire about your order.

Credit Card Payment

All payments to Magnetic Wild by credit card are processed by Paypal On Line. This process ensures that full security is provided as a secure encryption protects all your details during the shopping process.

To make payment by credit card, select Paypal as your Payment Method. Once selected, you are given an opportunity to review your order prior to being transferred to our secure Paypal account. It is within our secure Paypal account, where your credit card information is entered. Please note that the billing address provided must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. Most major credit cards are accepted.

NB: There is no requirement for you to hold a Paypal account to make payment by credit card. Simply choose 'Don't have a Paypal account' within our secure Paypal screen,to make payment with your credit card as a Paypal guest.

We accept credit card payment for both Online & Offline orders. High Value Orders or in instances where the order is to be sent to an alternative address (an address other than the credit card billing address), payment may be requested by Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer Payment

As exchange rates around the world vary, all payments made to Magnetic Wild by Bank Transfer must be in Euros.

For orders processed On Line, our Bank Details are provided at the end of the checkout process. For Offline orders, we will email our Bank Details to you upon request.

Orders will be shipped once the Bank Transfer payment has been received.

Cheque Payment

All payments by cheque should be made out to 'Magnetic Wild' and posted to the following address:

Orders will be shipped once the cheque payment has been cleared by our Bank.

Privacy
We can assure you that your private information is kept safe & secure, from your online shopping basket to the goods arriving at your home.
Please note that we never disclose customer information to any third party, other than the information necessary to ensure delivery of your order.

Special Order Requests 

Special Order Requests (ie, large quantities of specific products and/or requests to order in specific products not displayed on our website) received by Magnetic Wild via email/telephone and not directly through this website, will be subject to additional terms & conditions. These terms & conditions are available upon request or at the time of order placement.

Product Description
Magnetic Wild takes great care with the descriptions of the products as they appear online. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions & images are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and Magnetic Wild cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Magnetic Wild we want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase. Therefore, to ensure your 100% satisfaction with your purchase and with Magnetic Wild, we offer a 7 day returns policy. In this instance you have the option of a replacement or refund providing you:

- Return all Original Packaging & Labelling within 7 days of receiving your order.  

- Enclose the Original Purchase Receipt.

- Ensure the product is in New and in Unused Condition as was received.

- Specify clearly Refund or Replacement.

We are unable to process items that do not meet these criteria.

Please note that if you require a product to be sent out as replacement (example: a different size/colour etc), we do make a further carriage charge.
It is advisable that any goods being returned to us be sent by registered /insured or courier delivery as we cannot be held responsible for products lost in transit. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted and will exclude the initial delivery charge.
Unfortunately, for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of Climbing Hardware or Underwear Clothing. In addition, we are unable to accept returns on Sale items (items sold at a reduced price).
Any return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  None of the above conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against failure due to defective workmanship or materials. The guarantee lasts 12 months from the original invoice (unless stated otherwise) and excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Should you have received a faulty good from us, please do the following:

- Return all Original Packaging & Labelling within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Enclose the Original Purchase Receipt.

- Indicate the area or part that has failed.

Any faulty products should be returned free from mud and dirt as we are unable to process items that do not meet these criteria. Return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty goods will be returned to the supplier and which may result in a slight delay for replacement. We will not charge any additional delivery fee for replacement of the faulty item. If a replacement item is not available, we will make a refund in the tender type originally transacted.

VAT
As we trade in the Republic Of Ireland, all prices on this site include VAT (Value Added Tax) at 23% (as of Jan 1st 2012). Your selected delivery destination will determine whether or not VAT is applicable. If VAT is not applicable, then this tax will be deducted from your order prior to payment. Your location may render you liable to import, state, local, or other taxes. Such taxes are entirely your responsibility.
Liability Statement
The clothing and equipment we supply is related to mountaineering, hill walking, climbing and other related outdoor activities which are potentially hazardous. It is the individuals own responsibility to learn and understand the proper techniques associated with safe participation in these activities and to fully accept and assume all risks, damages, injury or death which may result from the use of the products posted on the Magnetic Wild internet site.
