Hiking

Hiking Backpacks can vary in size They come with a range of features. It is important when buying a daysack that you consider where the available space is. You might like lots of internal pockets, for wallet, camera, keys, maps etc but equally you might just need a simple backpack. Most modern day packs will have the capability of carrying a hydration system. There will be a large pocket inside or sometimes outside of the pack to hold this in place, and a specially designed exit sleeve for the pipe.

The back system on your backpack is important as it provides comfort and support in distributing the weight across your back. The Aeroflex back system has a sprung steel frame which is kept separate from your body by a sheet of nylon mesh. It allows the air to flow through the gap and keep you cool. Backpacks will also have hip or waist belts. These will vary depending on the weight the rucksack is designed to carry. The bigger the pack the more padding the hip belt will have.
